United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres will deliver a landmark address on the global response to the climate and energy crises in one of the final major climate speeches of his term as Secretary-General. Introduced by Mike Bloomberg in his capacity as the Secretary-General’s Special Envoy, the address will focus on accelerating the clean energy transition, strengthening energy security, advancing resilience and adaptation, and reinforcing international cooperation amid a world in flux.

Earthshot Prize Impact Assembly

The Earthshot Prize Impact Assembly will bring together Earthshot Finalists and Winners for a series of major announcements alongside global leaders from the public sector, business, and philanthropies focused on accelerating investment, partnerships, and collaboration to help expand the reach of proven climate and nature solutions worldwide. The Assembly will feature HRH Prince William, London Mayor Sadiq Khan, Bloomberg Philanthropies CEO Patti Harris, and many others.

Local Climate Action Summit

Building on the Local Climate Action Summits hosted at COP28 and COP30, the convening will bring together mayors and governors from around the world to strengthen collaboration across levels of government and highlight the growing role of cities and states in advancing climate and energy priorities. The Summit will feature leading voices from cities and states, business, philanthropy, and civil society.
